I had FM's on my now sold 06 C6 MN6, and loved them. Just the way the car should have sounded from the factory, and even sweeeeeeeeter at the track!!!!!!

Did you also notice the drone others mentioned though?
I have always been a Flowmaster Guy. Put them on EVERYTHING. Sound awesome! And they sounded great on my 07 with a cam. But really disappointed I had to take them off. the drone was unbearable. Litterally had to plug my ears sometimes. And I am already deaf from working in a machine shop for a decade+ The mufflers basically sit in the trunk and they let you know it. I have taken many people for rides in my car and there first reaction was how loud the exhaust was in the car at cruising rpm's. I went with Magnaflows and the sound is a surprisingly burly. They dont sound as good at idle but I love the new sound. I drive the car ALOT and the decibal level inside the cab has been drastically improved. A more than worthy trade off for me. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide. I would like to have a set of both
Does anyone have any pictures of their cars with the Flowmasters installed?
Also, re: the comments about the dreaded drone, some of you guys say its really bad and some say it is not. Are the guys who complain about drone running basically stock cars with flowmasters? Or do you have long tube headers, etc, thats going to make it louder?
Also do you think a cargo mat would help?
I ran Flowmasters on all of my LT1 Camaros & TA's and i admit there was a drone around 1800 or 2000 RPM but i t wasnt tooo bad. Also i was running w/o cats back then, but i was also in my 20's so that kind of thing might not set as well since im a little older....i still like the sound though.
Would love to hear your thoughts and see pics of the exhaust tips.
I had them on my 99 C5 convertible and liked them. Best was the snap, crackle, and pop on decelarating in 3rd gear coming off the interststes.
I recall drone at lower RPM...maybe around 1400 rpm.
I have GHLs on the C6 coupe...some drone...nice rumble.
wish you guys would speak up, i can't hear ya, my ears are shot..... hahahahaha... j/k
over 4 years with them now, still no rust and i'm still enjoying them... jim
Love the sound! Had a set of single tips installed along with a Corsa 'X' pipe (I bought from a CF member - Thanks Dave!). There is a bit of a drone around 1700 but the sound system can be turned up to drowned that out.
