This should be illegal!
Where are the Corvette Fashion Police when you really need them? Today, I would have made a "citizens arrest" if I hadn't been laughing so hard. I was coming home from work and as I was turning right at the intersection I noticed a red C6 vert with a white top...and his bling-bling chrome rims caught my eye since they were moving. I thought that was strange at first glance since he was stopped at the light in a long line of traffic. It didn't register until I got closer and saw that he had spinner rims on his vette! 
That's just wrong...on SO many levels! 
I had already prepared my hand for the customary wave and as it went up he had turned to look at me and he was wearing these huge CHROME SUNGLASSES! And not just the big Drew Carey frames were chromed, the lenses were 'chromed' as well. OMG, he looked SO stupid! It was almost like a cartoon...
My hand immediately went from waving to covering my mouth in a horrified gasp, and then the laughter started...all the way home!
There are times when I really hate the fact that I am unable to have a camera phone because of work, and this was one of them. I would have pulled over and snapped some pics - it was one of the funniest damn things I've seen in a long time!

Many times, usually with ricers though. Some people just overdo them with all the ground effects and extra junk they put on their cars to make them more aerodynamic??
I have seen a c6 recently with some obnoxious tail fin apparatus. I was thinking WTF was that guy smoking? No more drugs for that guy.

Since CF allows discussion of not just performance mods, but also body mods, and also pure appearance mods, I think we all (myself included) are just going to need to take a healthy swallow and hold our bile when we see something we would not necessarily do ourselves. They may be the cousin we would prefer not to talk about, but they are still family. It sure is hard sometimes…
