Yes, we need 3 or 4 more threads on the blue devil, whether the pics are legit or not. Doesn't anyone look at the thread titles on the first page before they post?

There's lots of sleuthing going on and many tantalizing clues but you never know for sure until an official announcement.
I grew-up in Birmingham, Michigan and many of my friends parents were 'big wheels' in the auto industry. One of my friends Father was one of the heads of Plexiglass. He would bring home experimental cars made with Plexiglass....a Mustang with a full, polarized Plexiglass roof which went from clear to blackout at the push of a button and the one I loved most (and got to ride in) was what my friends Dad called the 'Explorer' Corvette. It had a 'George Jetson' like Plexiglass bubble top (kind of like the old Mako). I found out later it was designated by GM as the "XP700" (photo below).
Neither car made it into full on production. The manufacturers make many prototypes and variations before committing to a full-blown production run. It's fun to speculate but until the official announcement, it's all SWAG (scientific wild *** guess).
