Try putting the fob in the little receptacle in the glove box. Could be a bad fob battery. Probably not DBS as that was mostly a 2005 problem. Maybe a bad battery? Hard to diagnose from what you have said...

Had that happen twice. Both times the Vette started after + or - 15 minutes (just as the flatbed was arriving). Both times instantly drove to dealer. Each time happened in same general area of town. Dealer could find nothing wrong. Consensus both by them and on the Corvette Forum was some sort of outside electrical interference.
That was around 6 months ago. Hasn't happened since
Likely a weak battery in the fob...try the other fob or as was mentioned, place the fob in the receptacle in the glove box and try starting the car. Possible a dead or weak battery or a starter issue.
Battery is fully charged....tried both fobs......put both in slot in glove box....nothing....I get a click and then "No Fobs Detected" on the DIC....BUT I have lights, radio, and all the electronic functions......What is going on?!?! Dealer is no help!
Could be that the computer system is in some sort of crazy mode. You might try disconnecting the negative battery cable then reattach, forcing the computer to re-initialize.

A friends Vette wouldn't start when right next to a Las Vegas casino (Flamingo?) electric sign. They had to move it away to start it!
