Well none of this works: mirror, seats, windows, telescoping steering wheel, door open, rear hatch. Had to open the door and hatch manually. I figure I have major fob failure. Spare fob doesn't work either.
Anyone else encounter this? If so, how did you fix it? I guess the car has to go back to the shop for a reprogram.

Read the manual on reprogramming. That might save you a trip.
Dead battery? Does the DIC display anything when you try to start the car? Unlikely both fobs will fail or have low batteries at the same time. Did you try plugging a fob into the transmitter pocket in the glovebox and try starting the car? Can the car start? If not, jump it and then check if these things operate with the car running. Check fuses.
DBS if '05 MN6, otherwise dead battery for any other reason.
You need to charge it real good, and make sure that nothing was left on. It should then start and everything should work.
It needs to be checked by the dealer, battery and charging system.
If it's '05 MN6 it needs the new BCM reflash for DBS.

Also if it is an early 06 with an auto trans or On-Star or both, you need a flash also.
Just back from the dealer. To give you feedback, here is what happened. Turns out a wire under the driver's seat was chaffing on a seat bolt. Eventually it blew the #33 60 amp fuse. That fuse powers everything I mentioned when I began this thread. Wire repared and rerouted and back on the road.
