noises

What is the best way to stop the rubbing noises from the glass against
rubber on my vert?
Also I saw a procedure on how to eliminate the noise at the dash where the plastic besel meets the padding.
I cant find it on the forum.

Yes originaly from Brooklyn.
I took that pic myself from the brown stone ,down town.
It was really beautiful there
