Default Crooked Tips

I just had my new Corsa Sports (quads) installed by the dealership and they sound just great. Just one issue, upon closer examination, they don't appear to be lined up so well. Maybe a bit toed in and left slightly back from the right. Can anyone that installed their own tell me how hard it would be to give it a simple adjustment?
Thank You

The best way IMO is to get it up in the air (jack stands, hoist or back it up onto ramps), loosen the clamps on the front of the over axle pipes and at the rear of the H-pipe (4-clamps) and then re-align and re-tighten.

Not a big deal if you have the equipment.

Good luck!

My Corsa's are also slightly misalinged. I tried 3 times to correct without success. I have learned to live with them. Only solution would be to bend the pipes/tips with a bar or heat them with a torch. Much too involved. Seems to me that the problem is in the manufacturing process, not the installation. Basically only I know they are off. Not that visible unless I point it out.

Mine are 99% with the inside passenger side tip being up just slightly. It's a 2 man job....someone needs to 'rack' them while the other tightens everything down.

i have similar problems. my left side pipes are slightly (about 1/2") lower than the passenger side pipes, and the two sides are not quite perfect across. My son and i are probably the only ones who really notice it. when he gets home from college we will probably but the car up on ramps, loosen the clamps and try again. when we installed them it took about an hour to install and another hour and a half to get them aligned to where they are.

When we toured the factory I noticed that they had a nylon 'jig' that slipped over all four tips and also fit into the rear facia to hold everything in place while the clamps were tighened up. Mine are 99% now but I think I'll try one more adjustment. Great system though.

Mine are straight across, but also seem to point inward. You really have to look close to notice.

They are not manufactured incorrectly, but they are difficult to align correctly. I had mine installed at Corvettes at Carlisle (Aug 2005) by Corsa Performance. After I left I noticed they were crooked. When I went to Corvettes at Carlisle this past August, I had them re-align them; it took 2 times putting it on the lift before I was satisfied. It definitely required 2 guys to align and hold them while the clamps were tightened. to Corsa Performance for being good sports about it and not charging for the re-alignment a year later.
