Extended warranty
Does anyone know where I can purchase an extended warranty for my new ride ?
I can get what the dealer is offering, but I don't trust them, frankly.

Is the dealer offering a GM extended warranty or their own warranty? What's the big hurry....your original, factory warranty isn't due to expire anytime soon. I believe an extended warranty is transferrable but do you plan on keeping the car for 7 years? Do you foresee ever making any performance modifications which might void large portions of the warranty?
I'm typically not a big believer in extended warranties but I recognize an extended repair warranty will provide peace of mind for your stock C6 after the factory warranty expires. I wouldn't rush right out and buy one. You still have lots of time to decide and purchase an extended warranty should you want it in the future.
PS although I think I understand where you (as an aviator) are coming-from with your avatar....when Army soldiers are dying daily in the sandbox, some might take offense at your avatar.
