Wierd radio problem
I drive to a friends house and the radio is working fine. We chat..chat and 5 hours later I drive home. The radio display does not show. I see the last station I tuned in showing on the HUD. I test the speakers by using Onstar and it works. The nav display works. When I push the volume or the radio button nothing happens. I suffer along for the 30 minute drive home and park the car. About 3 hours later, I try the radio and it works. That problem was a week ago and the radio is working normal.
Has anyone else had this problem. Oh, I've got a 2005 with onstar, nav, and XM.

My 2005 (no Nav) w XM & OnStar had a radio that would be silent, but the display was okay. About the 3rd time it happened, the dealer reprogrammed the radio. The next time it happened, they replaced the radio. No more problems the remaining 14-15 months I had the car.
