what do you want to know, I have stripped down the entire car to put in the insulation kit. You can see dissasembled pics here

the rear is quite easy acutally, everything mostly just tucks into the plastic borders. You will need 2 people or a prop to take of the retaining clips on the hydralic lifts for the rear window. One person holds it up, the other removes the clip. Be careful with the clips that hold the plastic on the roof, they are sensative to pressure.

The front is not much harder, bolts for the seats, screws for the deap pedal and emergency handles. Again the carpet mostly just lays in there tucked under the plastic. If you are removing the center console, there are detailed how-to's on here. That is the most laborous part of the job.
