I can't believe the #'s that the site says. If there were 349 people viewing this forum, it would be "on the boil."
Now, OT boils but not here. Hmmm....can you believe the "viewing #'s?"
Sometimes it's over 400 with not much change from one day to the next. Are most lurking? Maybe I'm on this site too much. It's a nice day outside, maybe I should take the car out for a flog. Is there such thing as "website addiction" and is there a rehab?
I'm quite sure I follow the "on the boil" part but yes you can be addicted to the forum. You have 'forumchondria.' There is aversion therapy to cure you but it involves hot-wiring your mouse into an electrical socket. You get shocked enough and it slowly discourages forum addiction. You might want to check-into the National Association for the Prevention of Web Site Addiction (you can get further information on their web site...they have a self-help forum).
