The seats in the C6 were one of the big attractions of the car for me. Coming from the narrow and excruciatingly uncomfortable seats in a 350Z, the Corvette seats were the height of luxury and comfort by comparison.
Now after riding in them for 40,000 miles, I have to say that while they certainly aren't the equal of the Stratoline buckets in my '65 Impala (best seats GM ever put in a car), they're still not bad. It'd be better if they were a little flatter and a little wider. It'd be nice if there were a cloth insert option. It'd be great if they swiveled for entrance and exit. But they'll do.
The biggest thing I'd like to see changed about the Corvette is the very long doors. The doors could be 4 inches shorter without hurting anything, the car doesn't have a back seat after all. Shorter doors would make getting in an out when parked next to another car a lot easier.
