When is the C6 supposed to be unveiled?
January auto show 2003? (Detroit or LA?) Earlier? Or later?
For that matter, when will the 50th be unveiled?

I just read the link and it said June 25, 2003..... Wouldnt that be the 2004 Model Year? Maybe that is when the C6 will debut.... but I think the C5 50th should be in 2002, ie 2003 Model Year??????

GM and the National Corvette Museum will be putting on a big event in Bowling Green June 25 - 30 during which the unveiling of the 50th will happen. For more info go to http://www.nationalcorvettecaravan.com/

Around the time when the '03 500-500-500 FULL BLOWN Convertible VIPER unveiling took place, strategically attempting to steal the 50th's thunder, I heard that the C6 would be unveiled around Jan of '02!
But somewhere under the topic "Will WAR Delay C6" I read a post with a nasty "Rumor" that the C6 is going back for redsign - this is difficult to believe but if for some strange reason its true, then don't expect an unveiling for quite a while!!!

The 50th anniversary year will be capped off with a national caravan to Bowling Green in June of 2003. GM may have something cooking for this event. Stay tuned to the national web site for the caravan :rolleyes:
