im leaning towards this cam... but can it be tuned to the point where you can just hop in and go, no trying to get it to idle, cold warm starting issues?

also, what were the before cam numbers?? how is the low end trq?

thanks

Yes, this cam could be tuned to run more smoothly and not have any idle issues. I actually want my car to shake and rock and lope like it has a big block. I love that!

My previous numbers were 386hp, 388tq WITHOUT gears in.

Now with the cam and gears I'm at 423/405. Since the gears show the dyno about 10hp less, then I gained around 47 hp and maybe 30 tq. Pretty nice numbers for a cam only.

Low end trq is same or little better. I didn't feel any loss in low end with my cam. I did drive it with gears only before I did the cam so it was a true apples to apples comparison.
