Does your photo meet the size limitation? The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).

You probably need to use some simple photo editing software to resize your photo.

Right click
Open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager
Then on the top pick picture than resize
select 150 X 150 pixels
Then file save as (new name to desktop)
Then upload to forum
