Not one Jetstream Blue? Thought this was going to be such a popular color?

I'm fascinated that you would settle for a mere 2000-2500 off of sticker price. At the minimum that would mean whoever is selling you the car is profiting approximately $6500. In today's economic environment why go for that? I understand each to his/her own but....

Most dealers don't give any discounts on new corvettes..especially at the start of the new model year. Maybe some of the huge dealers do..like the one's sponsered on the forum, but I doubt more than what I said on a brand new 08'. Ordering from across the Nation is just not an option for me..I don't want to drive from the museum either. All things that cost more money by the time you have someone haul it for you or pick it up.

My local dealership treats me very well and I know a lot of the people that work there. I also know there service department is one of the best I've seen. Sometime's saving a couple grand just ain't worth the hassel or risk.

Some people may be hesitant as there may very well be restraints on 4LT for a certain time period during initial ordering. Also 4LT doesn't go very well with a lot of colors. Linen just looks like it will get dirty very quickly and not that great looking to me. Sienna to me looks the best, but yet again only looks good with 2 or 3 colors.. Atomic Orange, Black, and maybe Silver.

I'll be more than satisfied with the current two-tone interiors. I can always add something later from DSvettes if I feel the interior isn't up to par.

My main problem with the current interior is the center dash console. Thats gonna be fixed on the 08' regardless of what you get 1LT-4LT. I prefer the look of the 1LT-3LT black carbon dash look over the lighter 4LT console area.
