I know that this is not news to most. After seeing some posts on car care using an electric leaf blower to dry the vette, I stopped at Home Depot and bought one (195 mph model). Got home, washed the car and tried out the blower. Works as advertised. Used to take three large towels to dry. Now it takes only one towel to finish up.
Yep, learned that trick here myself. No water spots, blows the water out from the cracks so it doesnt drip down as soon as you dry off. No worries about scratching. Way to go IMO.
I've got a leaf blower, but have never had the occasion to use it for that. For some strange reason, the side mirrors on mine don't drain water slowly like some have reported here.
Also, we have a $1 do-it-yourself car wash here that has a spotless rinse setting. After I've washed my car with the wand using soap, I switch to rinse, then to spotless rinse. Never have to dry the car off. Never have any water spots.

Next time I'm at the JD Distillery, and having Krystals in your home town for lunch, maybe you can show me just how effective it is on my on AO C6. I'm sure it will be ready for a cleaning by the time I get there from SW FL............
This is my latest and greatest. $39.99 at Home Depot. Threw away the tube that went "in" the blower and took 4 screws and secured the nozzle portion where the other one was. It's awesome. Painted two of the screws black then decided it didn't really need to be so stealth.
