I know that Griot's Garage sells them. Not cheap, but good.

Before I became a C6 Vette owner and member of the CF, my friends had convinced me that I was ****. Obviously they have never been here and seen that I now hang with folks who take pictures of leaf blowers. And post them on the web. And we have conversations about them. And ... nevermind.
Maybe it's just time for a and time to call it a day.

Be sure to PM me when you're headed this way. I'm on the side of town nearest the distillery - just about 10 miles away. Only thing better than Krystal chili cheese pups is Krystal sunrisers.

Good luck with your leaf blower. I've heard several other people say they work well. You mentioned it took you 3 large towels to dry your car.....I use 1 Absorber brand towel and I barely get a 2nd terrycloth towl damp. I used to use a chamois but the Absorber is IMO much better.

You're right about the absorber being much better than a chamois.

I've used the leaf blower but prefer to use a costco shamie. If you rinse properly you won't have that much to dry.

I've always used my gas powered blower....i've never seen any film on the car because of that! Don't see how it's even possible unless you have a defective blower. The air handling chamber and pipes and nozzle are completely self contained. The motor drives the impeller and it is either a gas powered or electric motor...but in either case, they shouldn't be able to "leak" anything into the air stream.

Rinse properly?? I rinse top to bottom with the water flow set more on a spray setting. Is there a better way?

Some gas blowers route the exhaust through the blower tube.
