Battery Keeps Running Down

Possibly a bad battery. How much driving do you do before parking it for the 24 hour period? Do you have lojac, or anyother non OEM item installed on the car?
I haven't heard of the so-called DBS affecting 2007 models. I do not know if the DBS corrective reflash (used on earlier models) is even applicable to the 2007....I would ask the dealership however. Maybe just reflashing ECM/PCM, etc. to factory specs would help.
I assume there is nothing observable draining the battery....lights, accessories, etc. Can the dealership replicate the problem? Assuming they can and assuming they have performed all of the necessary diagnostics without remedy I would continue to pursue it aggressively through the dealership. Your car should work correctly.
Learn the 'Lemon Law' in your State and document each service visit to the dealership...purpose...the time you are without use of the car, etc. I would inform the dealership that you intend to pursue the Lemon Law if they cannot rectify the problem. I think if the manufacturer/dealership cannot fix a problem after so-many service appointments and if you have been without use of your warrantied car for XX number of days for the same issue (and you have 'lost faith' in the reliability of that vehicle), you might qualify for a replacement. I hope they figure it out before that.
Have that sucker load-tested first, before having anything more serious done.
Also make darned sure the toggle switches on the rearview mirror controlling the TWO map lights aren't, "On".
Wayyyyy too easy to activate one (or both) toggles while cleaning, and in daylight it's impossible to see if they're lit.
There's a courtesy lamp one can activate with their left knee also, I believe.
Check & ruleout those things along with the battery's viability & you might quickly find the source of the drain.
I make it a habit to peek-in at my car every now when it's dark, out or inside.
IF I've inadvertently left any of the interior lights on, it's easily observed and rectified.
Lo-Jack NO
OEM: None
I bougtht the car new it has 2300 total miles. Five 2 miles down the road after delivery of the car I could not get it to shift. I parked the car while waiting for them to take it back to the Dealer. I should also say that, I left the car locked subsequent to that a gas station attedent opened the car and started it without the key FOB(both of them in my pocket 50 miles away) to park in side the station when they came in the morning to pick the car up the battery was dead.
I drove it Sept- Nov.then it sat all winter I fully charged the battery, before starting to drive the car this Spring. (I have made sure that all lights and obvious drains are turned off.) subsequent to that I have jumped it 5-6 times. in order to drive it. CJZIDA
Do you have the DIC set for auto locking, or do you lock the car with the FOB? I have mine set to auto locking with a horn honk. When I first got my car, a couple of times the car seemed to not go through a proper shut-down sequence IMO (it might have been the crazy owner not knowing any better), and the interior lights remained on. I had to work with it (in/out, start/shutdown) before the shutdown sequence was right and the interior lights went off.
Try this in your closed garage after you've driven the car. Exit the car normally, and stand by the garage entry door/light switch with the garage lights off...wait for the car to lock if you have it set to auto lock. If the car has shut down properly, the interior lights on the mirror will gradually dim down until they are completely off...if they don't shutoff, then you have a problem that should be addressed before you walk away from the car.
Try getting into and out of the car with the FOB, and starting/shutting down until it's clear that the car knows WHEN the FOB is in the car. If the car never can figure it out (apparently what happened when you were 50 miles away with the FOBs), it may take a dealer visit to get it fixed.
Edit: I also have a convertible. The one time my battery was discharged was after about three weeks without use. I also found the trunk lid had popped open. The trunk lid had popped by itself before, but in the other cases, the battery did not discharge because the car was being frequently used. I suspect that the trunk lid may have been in just the right position to keep cycling the trunk light to "ON"...the car is supposed to shut off any drains after 20(?) minutes, but if vibration or air currents keep resetting the trunk light to "ON", I suppose it could run the battery down.
