I've probably seen all of their 'Corvette shows.' Some I like and some I didn't. You just have to remember they're entertainers playing to mostly British viewers.

No, you have to remember they are both D!<k H3^ds and the Brits love to make fun of the U.S..

I've known a lot of Brits over the years, and yes we both have made fun of each other a lot...all over pints of beer during good times. It's all good, and you can't go around being thin skinned about some good natured teasing.
The best part is when the vette loses to the Acura NSX. If you don't know why that's so funny, look up the specs on an NSX and try and figure out a way the vette could lose. Since the guy hosts a car show you would think he would know how to drive. Worst most biased car show in history.
The other guy, Jeremy, did a segment on the Z06 and loved it. The only thing he made fun of was the NAV. Some great shots of him tearing up the track. 0 to 170 in fifth gear, etc. I'm sure most everyone here has seen it.
I find the show quite entertaining, and ignore the US bashing. Besides, how many of us have made jokes about British sports cars?!
I love that show. The one where they shoot up the Toyota Prius is priceless.
I think love the humor aimed against Americans. The piece with the Z06 navigation not being able to find something pretty obvious but then being able to list a bunch of McDonalds locations is great!
They are still sore because we left to do our own thing a couple of hundred years ago. I think things worked out a little better than they could have ever imagined. Leaf springs? I don't care if they use bungee cords. That suspension flat out works. Ask those Aston Martin drivers who have made a career out of staring at Corvette tail lights.
The Brits are responsible for any & all jokes made about their cars.
We've had three in the family. Wish I could find all of my Lucas electronics jokes, like the only thing they make that doesn't suck is their vacuum cleaners!
Years ago when I saw this review, and it has been years, I was mildly pissed myself.
But during the winter months I downloaded a great number of their episodes after seeing some on YouTube. And as one poster put it, they're entertainers. When you look at the show from that perspective, I doesn't much matter. Jeremy Clarkson, the head honcho over there bashes american cars all the time but owned a Ford GT and ranks the C6 at the top of his most highly praised sports cars.
If you haven't seen their one hour trip to the American south, I highly recommend it.
Being pelted by rocks in Alabama at a gas station after driving up in a busted DeVille with Hillary for President written on the side of it.

Slideshow: A Jaguar designer's personal project imagines what a modern front-engined Corvette might look like if Chevrolet revisited the golden age of the Stingray.
