Different dyno's will produce different results. Plus, the weather on the day you have the run taken will play havoc with your results.
To determine rwhp, take the crank hp and multiply by 82% (accounts for the drain to the rear wheels):
crank hp x 0.82 = rwhp
This math works on a "normal" day, with normal temps and humidity.
That would equate to 328 rwhp on a stock C6. The tranny type also will influence your final number, but not by a lot (about 1-2%).
For example, Doug Rippie did a dyno for me one day, and the next day, the numbers went up 25 rwhp, mostly because it was slightly cooler and more dry outside.
