With the windows up and everything off except the car running I am hearing a slight buzzing from the instrument cluster. It sounds like an electrical type buzz. Has anyone else noticed this noise? This is my first Vette, so I am not sure if this is normal or not.
Look at the windshield wiper black plastic cowling. If the plastic has raised up off the glass as in whorping, that's your culprit. The wind gets underneath the plastic making it buzz against the glass. Put a bead of black silicone behind the plastic between the glass and let it dry. Should fix the noise.

It could be your ambient Temperature sensor. Right next to your start button. There is a little fan in there that sucks air through thesensor than can go bad. Mine was buzzing and I had it replaced and it is quiet again. The sensor is $70-$90 from parts taxi and waaaay easy to install. Very easy you just pop that plastic puiece off witha butter knife wrapped in a towel and inscrew the sensor, then unplug it and do the opposite. to install

Thats exactly what it is. If its not seated in the plastic clips properly it will buzz too.
