I agree, everytime I look under the rear of the car and see the stock sways, I laugh. I've got some Pfadt Street sways on order and am picking up some Koni FSD's this afternoon. Should handle a lot better. How do you like the Z sways and Bilsteins? Did your car drop any and did the ride get considerably rougher?
I agree - the stock bars are pitiful, and GM should be ashamed to have put them on the car. I put Z51 bars on my F55, and it is now absolutely perfect. I'd read that the Z06 bars on the rear (the fronts are the same as the Z51) cause a little instability in handling, so I went with the slightly smaller Z51 rear bar. The car is now so flat in the corners, even a level wouldn't notice a lean!
And for those that have done it, does the weight have to be off the wheels, or can it be done with the car sitting on ramps (weight on tires). They look easy to do if you can just ramp it and do with weight on.

"...instability in handling..." That hasn't been my experience with the Z06 anti-sway bars on my F55 equipped C6...on the street or on a road course.
just did mine on monday....took about a hour to do front & rear. huge differencd in handling...corners flat. when i go to sport mode on the F-55 its like a Z-51 set up. go back to tour mode & the harshness is gone but still handles firmly. am pleased with set-up!
also installed my Vararam cai & am very pleased with that, more responsive feel.
