Do not mistake the center console as an "easy bake" oven.

Don't let the comments of some forum members about your car's color or transmission make you feel bad.

This is a must DO.
Always open the passenger door for slims in short skirts.
Otherwise you may miss a carnal knowledge moment.

Do not let your cat sleep in the car. A neighbors (or your) dog may come to investigate.
Until you are used to the front overhang DO put something on your garage floor to indicate where you should stop.
Do not park under active duck or goose flyways or pine trees.

Be sure the drivers window is all the way up any time you use the windshield wipers, even for a light or momentary mist.

Never drive on snow covered roads with origional delivery tires, even if you are coming from a side street to a bone dry street, it's not pretty!

Always appreciate that you are driving the best car on the road!!

Relish your first Vette event, especially when it's a 4 day event with one of your best friends from high school (37 years ago), who lives 1200 miles away. Such as the "Vettes on the Rockies" in Colorado this past weekend!!

"Coors" to you brother Tom!!

Default Don't over layer Zaino

It takes forever and a day to buff off. Reading the Zaino application instructions actually does help.

Be wary of accepting car detailing advice from anyone but a forum member. I have stained rotors and aluminum suspension parts from a wheel cleaner.

Take one or two corvette playa' haters for a little ride. After being exposed to 400 or more HP, the respect comes.

To save time, money, and effort search the forum before doing ANYTHING, matter how minor, to the car. It took me awhile to learn this.

Not only that it might take them a while to figure out how to open the door.

By then you really would have missed a carnal knowledge moment.
