Mod List

OK, time for confession. How many of you keep a list of mods you'd like or plan to make? Bling and/or performance included. How many hide it from your spouse?

My list, complete with vendor and price references, would put me in the poor house (or dog house or both)!

Part of my rationale for buying a Vette - lots of mods available at a reasonable cost per mod. If I can resist buying them too quickly I should be able to do some mods each year for quite a while. My significant other supports my habit and contributes her ideas as well. What can you say about a woman who likes smokey burnouts? Oh yeah, I'm a very lucky guy!

First significant mod will be 4.10 gears

I'm sorry but I never told my wife when I ordered the C6 and I don't ask for her permission to modify it (she's not exactly doing without). I've got most of the modifications done but I still have a list of a few things remaining to do. I don't hide my list but I don't burden my wife with a lot of unnecessary details....I figure all the 'car stuff' would just bore her.

i visited BREATHLESS PERFORMANCE the other day and am very tempted by the great deal they offered for a supercharger.. about $9000 for over 100 horses....

the list can go on forever..

I have been tweaking as I can afford it.
Kooks Long tubes, Hi Flo Cats, K&N Air Charger, Corsa Cat Backs, Polished Intake, Breathless Tune. ZO6 chrome and Firestones. Super Charger or Cam next on the list.
When and if I can afford it.
Dog house is a consideration!

Yes.... I also have a wishlist with prices, etc. This winter, I want to purchase a Z06. Now all I have to do is come up with the money!

I would think of this as one of a handful of extreme mods!

My wife has 2 Corvettes. She is as interested in the 08 mods as I am. I usually run an idea past her to get her imput.

Yes, I keep a wish list- vendors and prices.

I have no written list. My wife and share our ideas on what we should with our Vette and then add them as time and money allows.

Just installed Borla Sports today and we both like it.
