Anyone runnng Ace Slick wheels and Z06 size tires?
The Ace Slick wheels are an inch wider than stock, stock tires fit but look a bit stretched on my car. It's time for tires and I'm thinking of going Z06 size tires. The Ace Slick wheels are close to the edge of the fender but still within the fender. Not sure if the wider tires will stick out or not.
Anyone done this? How does it look?

07c6vette,
Are you running ace slicks with those sizes? I currently have ace slicks and would like to go with ZO6 size tires. Do you have pics showing how your tires sit in your wheel wells?
Thanks
Chris

My preference was for CCW wheels...I'm running the CCW SP16A wheels, 9.5” x 18” front / 11” x 19” rear with Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT’s...275/35ZR18 front / 325/30ZR19 rear (Z06 tires).
I couldn't imagine trying to stretch smaller, stock tires onto larger wheels. My wheels/tires fit fine...they're look right and they are. My rear tires just barely stickout from the body panel.

Sounds like the z06 tires will work if your backspacing is the same as the Ace Slicks! That's great news.

I looked on the LAPD website but didnt see offsets. Hopefully the will work. Putting on Z06 stock will keep me from guessing on ratios and prevent problems with the Active hanndling

You will be fine running the Ace Slicks on your C6.
Offsets for the C6 are:
FRONT: +53
REAR: +73
You can run 275/35/18 on the front and 305/30/19 on the rear. We recommend and supply Michelin Pilot PS2 tires for this combo for the ultimate in comfort, handling and overall suspension performance!
Hope this helps! If you need personalized service, please call us and ask for Dan. We are always running Ace Slick wheels on special and offer great deals on the Ace Slick/Michelin Pilot PS2 combo. We can also offer mount/balance for those local to us that would like a one stop shop all for one low price.
