I have a 2005 coupe still under warranty, it is a small deal to me but the painted silver wheels have pits on all of them where the spokes meet the outer wheel - I assume from road debris over time is this a warranty issue or am I just being picky??
Just my $.02, but ask the dealer "nicely" and just hope for the best. I'm not saying you are being picky, it's just that this may not be the battle to choose. If you have a few dealerships in your area, try them first. Heck, "if you don't ask, you don't get."

Hope all goes well!
Red Cell.
I seriously doubt the dealer will replace the wheels under warranty but it doesn't hurt to ask.

TOO PICKY....but, ask for it and also if the tires fall in the same Category.
I've got the same thing on my 2005 polished wheels. The only times I see it is when I'm on my knees washing the wheels - from more than a fiit away they disappear. I consider myself to be extremely picky when it comes to my cars but the slight pitting doesn't bother me at all.
I'd ask, the worst thing they can say is normal wear and tare.
If they turn you down then this may be a good time to consider getting them chromed, polished and clear coated, or repainted. Touch up paint would be another option.
