Lots of ways, depending on how drastic you want. Remove passenger seat, Remove carpeting and padding. In my case losing 50lbs or so of ugly fat from my body... but that's not so easy on second though.

Changing the exhaust will remove some weight + add performance as well!
e.g. LG long tubes, borla stingers!

On the surface, this seemed like a SmartA$$ comment, but it makes perfect sense if you never plan on driving in the rain...and remove the wipers while you're at it.

Fuel rail covers and the hood liner. In addition to the passenger seat, you can replace the drivers seat with a racing seat.

Seriously, strip all the paint off! That should shave some pounds off if it took about a gallon of paint to cover the car.

Remove the AC compressor and condenser that goes with that.
Lighter wheels and tires. Lighter seats.
Less fluids such as gas and windshield fluid.
Battery was already mentioned.
If worried about 1/4 runs, you can remove the sway bars.
Basically, it depends on the purpose how radical you want to get...

Drop the stock exhaust and put on Borla Stingers.
Save weight and increase performance(not much) in one shot.

Stock rotors are HEAVY.
The lightest I have seen so far are from Hardbar, but last I checked, they were only available in Z06 sizes.
