Very common problem with our cars. Take some Lysol or other disinfecting spray that you can stand the smell of....open the hood and while the car is running and the AC is on, spray it in the vents at the back of the engine compartment. Go easy and spray no more that you need. Let the car run for several minutes before getting back in...unless you REALLY like the smell of what you sprayed into the vents.
The C5 used to have soft rubber bladders that needed to be emptied next to the firewall.......maybe someone here could enlighten us both if the C6 has those too. If so, they may need to be cleaned out (squeezed) to make sure your system is draining properly.

You are getting the odor of the condensation in your vents. I would use something like Lysol which will help rid the vents of bacteria aka mold and mildew for smell I like to use Febreeze.
