I was at my Caddy dealer this AM turning in a form for a free rolling luggage promotion and there was a large enclosed black semi out front. The new car manager was taking a picture as they unloaded a black XLR. The graphics on the trailer sides were a large Lexus logo and some other verbage. I asked him why the Lexus hauler, and he said they occasionally get their cars this way especially in Winter. He asked if I wanted to look inside, knowing my 'Vette interest, and there were 7 new C6's! Quite the improvement from being exposed to the elements! Just wondering if any others had heard or seen this variation on the normal Allied deliveries?

Allied sometimes shares other brand transports if the volume to an area is low. The Lexus are the best ones to get...as you've seen. Also if volume is high and no open carriers are available.
Thanks for your reply. Totally makes sense what they're doing, I just hadn't been aware of it earlier. I made it a point to verify they were all new vehicles, not auction cars or dealer trades which could have resulted in the use of a different carrier.
