Just for fun, what will be your 2nd sports car (after the Vette) that you will purchase if $ is not an issue.
I have so much fun with my new C6 Vette, now I am thinking (hopefully 5 yrs from now) if my financial allowed me to purchase a 2nd sports car, I like the Lamborghini Gallardo
Thought of the Ferrari 430, but the F car looks so similar to the Vette. Of course I will be keeping my Vette. I used to like Porsche a lot, but after the Vette, the Porsche seems not exotic enough, almost everyone drive one

I love my 2007 silver c6 corvette.
my dream is to in a few years have my garage cleaned out...all race deck
flooring and a 2007 black corvette z06 on the left and a 2007 yellow dodge viper convertible on the right.
of course I'm dreaming but I love my corvette and my corvette's will ALWAYS COME FIRST BEFORE VIPER'S OR ANY CAR FOR THE MATTER.
They are my number 1 priority and everything else comes second

I can't list just one... so (if they were to be brand new cars, this is), a Solstice GXP and a MINI Cooper S (yeah, I know the MINI is not really a sports car, but it sure drives like one). Both absolute blasts to drive!

Either Aston Martin DBS or the new Maserati GT if money's no object. If I'm writing the check off of my own account, Corvette/Z06/ZR1 wins just based on bang-for-the-buck.

Based on a man I knew who owned 2 Ferrari's...money would truly have to be "no object." His Ferrari's had quite-a-few mechanical problems. They were very expensive to repair and with no local dealership he had to transport them to a Ferrari dealership in another city.
It's good he owned two Ferrari's....he could drive one while the other one was in the shop. Even for a person of considerable means exotic ownership can be somewhat of a hassle. He ended-up selling both of them after about 4 years.
I almost feel sorry you had to settle for a Corvette. 
Some people actually buy a Corvette because they like them.

I already have a Porsche 993 targa so if I were to pick another sports car after that - money no object - I'd pick old school. Think 427 AC Cobra. Scary fast. Or maybe the new Lotus Super 7 (can't think of the name for the company producing these today) 260hp in a very small light package.
By the way after 2 months of Vette ownership I don't drive the Pcar any more. The Vette is much more entertaining for me. The Pcar only gets driven if my girlfriend takes it out.

Ferrari 599; there is no sound like a Ferrari V12 and it is a good looking car! Next choice might be a ZR1 if I could get past it's funky tuner car looks. Personally, I think the standard C6 Coupe is the best looking sports car around so I would add one to your fleet and pocket the money you just saved!
