I ordered a set of Cleartastic front & rear fender protector kits on December 18, 2007. My credit card was billed, and to date, I have not received the product. Numerous emails to you have gone without response. Before I put this amount in dispute with my credit card company, I'll give you one last chance to respond.

Tracking:

Order Date: 12/18/07
Order Number: yhst-38468163040038-858
Shipping Method: UPS GROUND

Very poor customer service.

Ed is a stand up guy, sure it was an oversight.

I agree - I have worked w/ him on several things including the new Z06 cleartastic that they are developing. He is always agreeable - have you tried calling him?

I also have sent emails to TKO about product information. I have never received a response. So no doing business there.

I have not.

I figure if they are doing e-commerce & actively posting on this website, they should be somewhat responsive to email requests.

Ed and Laura are both wonderful folks and very enjoyable to work with. I agree that it was probably an oversight. Try sending them a Forum PM. I've always had my best luck contacting them this way. Good Luck!

I have never had a problem getting Ed on the phone, and he has always been very responsive. He actually bought from a competitor and had mailed to me one item when his supplier was not able to deliver to him in a timely manner.I agree on them being #1,and intend to buy my carbon fiber interior trim from him as soon as possible.

I talked with TKO last week. I ordered a set of door bezels from them on Dec 27th. My credit card was also charged. They closed down for a few days around Christmas and when they re-opened, they were swamped with orders.
They are in the process of completeing the orders and shipping them out. Hopefully by the end of the week.

Sit tight, it's coming.

Yet another - I ordered door bezels, console, and gauge cluster trim on December 13. Credit card charged. I have spoken to Ed - I think they are just busier than S**T right now. I fully expect to see my items either this week or hopefully next week at the latest.

It's a fine line - he's a good guy but he is a business and business is business. When you charge my credit card for $500+ I now start having expectations of you. It's been over 5 weeks now. I'm still patient - for awhile............... Luckily there isn't a darn thing I can do with my car in the Midwest right now anyway. IF this was prime time summer I'd be a little less patient.

Sorry, but I never seen your email. I signed on here and noticed your post. I know you mentioned you sent numerous emails, so I logged into my business email account and I have one email from you sent yesterday which is Sunday (we are closed).
I did not respond today (Monday) because we are closed on Mondays (which will be changing soon).

However, I had no idea you were having a problem. I'll check it once I get in tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions email is good but always feel free to contact us via phone. We are in 10am-5pm Tue-Fri Sat 10-2

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Ed
