Partial guess. We know at least of 1 new color and blue tooth will be an option. Minor HP increase seems logical. Seat improvement is on everyone's wish list. And new brake manufacturer is a definite.

GM doesn't want you using YOUR phone in your new corvette, they want you using THEIRS!

damn them.

Christ... they should have had Bluetooth about 5 years ago like every other car company.

The communications bus on the Corvette C6 was developed in like 1999. Bluetooth wasn't even a dream then. I love it when people think they know more than the folks doing the actual development.

I'm sure your reply is they should just update the communications bus.

NEWS FLASH...Bluetooth will be an option on the 09 Vette. This according to Conti. I guess someone knows what they are doing. I think a large technological corp. like GM can figure out a way to update something that was developed in 99. We can only hope.

Quiet fixing and refinment of the new things (mainly power train) delivered in 08. Field use always results in discovering some things that engineering and product development testing missed. These are quietly fixed each model year.

If I remember correctly he said it would only be available with the 4LT package.

Z06 needs to ditch the F1 Supercars and have Michelin PS2 ZPs as standard equipment. I'm hoping the LS7 gets at least a 20hp boost.

NEWSFLASH Bluetooth will not be an option across the board on 2009 cars. As I understand it it will only be on one PEG.

Well, they need something to sweetin' the 4LT option. And I don't mean "price increase."

That's cool if they add 2 new colors! I wonder if they'll be eliminating a current color then. Becuase, you know, you can't offer too many colors.

"I want bluetooth, I want my Ipod to work, I want more pretty colors"! Seems to me that "modern technology" is making a bunch of babies out of what I thought were suppose to be performance car drivers! I just don't get you guys.

At $68.000.00 for a new convertible, $75,000.00 for a Z06 there are things we should expect at that price. The creature comforts of the Vette should rival most luxury and performance vehicles. Everyone uses their car for different reasons. Some use them to go to work, pleasure, racing, and ect. We as consumers need to demand more from GM in both performance and technology. GM NEEDS to keep up with their competitors.

Your comments are just too funny! Creature comforts? That is what I am talking about. Seems to me you should have bought a Caddy. Demand more from GM regarding performance and technology? GM needs to keep up with their competitors? More value and performance for your dollar in the Corvette than any car on the road and it is still not enough. The Corvette is a PERFORMANCE CAR! Oh, and anyone paying the prices you listed is just nuts!
