If you like chrome wheels, the outer finish on them is gorgeous. However, at least on my set (since sold), the barrel paint was terrible. The wheels are forged, made in Taiwan, and appear to be very well manufactured (excepting the barrel paint). They balanced perfectly and were a couple of pounds lighter than the stock painted wheels.
My girlfriend (since gone) selected them, so I sold them rather quickly just to get rid of her ... not cheap at $2,500 per set (from Gene Culley).
