Generally, broadcast radio has been deteriorationg for years - especially where I live in Western NC...I plan to renew my XM subscription when it expires. I will also be adding it to my home system.

The wide selection of stations and stations dedicated to specific types of music is a plus. Driving mountain roads where the southern oriented satellite gets blocked, and XM cuts out is a minus. I got it for $77/yr. which is OK. $142/yr is not.

XM signal sucks, I got pretty disgusted last two days, every station except for local ones were nothing but dead silence and static every 5 seconds..I think I will cancel very soon...bye bye xm..hello sirus..

Yes, I like it. My wife and I love channels 5 and 78, I guess that dates us. When I talked to them about delaying my start-up till I take my car out of storage, they were very easy to work with. No problem's with them so far.

I like XM. No commercials. I have Sirius in my truck though and like it better. I like the channel types better. It is all good as long as I don't have to listen to commercials and idiot DJ's.

Had Sirius is my other 2 cars... as soon as the 3 month XM trial was up, I put Siruis in my Vette... With Sirius addl vehicles are $7 a month...Dont know why, but I like it better..

I have five subscriptions to XM. I know it doesn't sound as good as a CD, but I only notice that for a few seconds after switching from a CD. I like the music choices and I like their sports offerings as I am an ACC college basketball and football fan.

I like it. Good 60s and current as well. Some people will complain about anything. I've even read threads about how dissappointed they are with the performance of their Vette.. Go figure.
