ZAINO to protect your paint.

Splash gaurds from PIPEDREAMS to protect lower fenders.

Clear bra to protect against bugs and road debris.

As far as cosmetic and performance mods, where do I begin.

There are appearance mods and performance mods. From your mention of protecting the car, I assume you're more interested in appearance type mods. Certainly, a proper preparation and application of 'wax' (or a polymer such as Zaino or Rejex) is in order.

For pure protection of finish many owners use a front end bra or even have a clear bra applied. This helps greatly to protect the paint. Some C6 owners opt to install splash guards to help protect the wheels wells and body panels. Many also buy after market floor mats such as Lloyd's mats.

Other than taping portions of my car when it's on the track, I don't use a front end bra or a clear bra (although I'm starting to think it might be a good idea). I'm sure others will have some more ideas on how best to protect your new car.

Enjoy and drive safe!

The best thing you can do is give her a good wax job. Zaino is my preference.

I bought my car in Feb and lived in Ohio at the time. I think for the first three months I had applied Zaino more times than I had driven it...
