I like that idea. I may just try that. Thanks.

Not really. They called the 63 to 67's Sting Ray and the 68 to 82's Stingray. Maybe it has something to do with the Mako Shark concept car that was designed back then.

frankly, I was prepared NOT to like it. but, seeing it on the car, positioned, and maybe the color of the car itself (being fairly close to some of the C2s, the original Stingrays, like Nassau Blue), I'm over that.

it's your car, and if you like it, that's fine. I think it looks good on your car. I don't think I'd do it on mine, tho. or maybe.....

Its too bad that those are not available in script about 1/2 that size....I think it looks OK, but would look GREAT if the letters were smaller.....but as others have said.......if you love it, that is ALL that matters.....

I bet that emblems guy, austin.mn, could do one half size. Heck, if he can do whole emblems this might be easy for him. What do you think?

I agree...it's like putting a Z06 badge on a widebody conversion.

Looks good and this body shell was inspired by the C3s so why not.

I don't like it either. It's not a stingray. I would come up with some other way of personalizing the car.

No matter how much you loved your original Stingray, your C6 will never be one. Just my 2 cents.

Not so much.. sorry, my '70 was a stingray, IMO it doesn't fit.
However, if you like it, that's all that matters.

Awesome.

For those who are giving you the thumbs down on it, I wonder if they would be so against it had it come from the factory like that with a stingray badge on it.

I think it looks great.
