Can you set DIC to always on?

Can you set DIC to always on?
So I chose a phrase for my DIC, silver bullet. But it only shows that for a couple of seconds after I start the car. Is there a way to set it so that it will display silver bullet all the time I'm driving it?

Even if you could display "silver bullet" while you're driving it, you could only read it on the out stroke. And, even then it might be moving too fast to read.... providing you're driving it the right way

I stuck my DIC on "OIL TEMP" accidentally. You might be able to stick it on your name. Read all about it here,

I had put a 9/16" nylon shaft collar on my interior light dimmer **** to keep my knees and elbows from pushing in the **** and accidentally turning on interior lighting.
Well, I found that if I hold the dimmer **** in the far clockwise or counterclockwise position the DIC buttons don't work [and the DIC stays stuck on whatever it was last set to]. No fooling, give it try.
I had installed the shaft collar up against the dash which held the **** in the far CW or CCW position. I backed it off a smidgen and my DIC buttons are working again."
