Like a number of folks here, I ordered some of the embroidered C6 flag logos from Patchdevil.com back in early April. Unlike most others here, I never received my patches. They never charged my credit card, either so I'm not out anything but that's not the point - I want the patches! They don't have a "Contact Us" feature on their web site. When I go to "My Account" it shows my order as "Transfused". Can anyone tell me what that means? Has anyone here received merchandise from Patchdevil recently? I placed my order on April 7th; I'd say things aren't looking very good. Thx.
Hi. I received my patches about a month ago. It took about 5 weeks from the order. At first my order also wasn't processed and sat like yours. See if you received any emails stating they received the order. Then open the mail and click on their link to CONFIRM the order...then everything will continue as ordered. Good Luck,

Wow, that does not sound good. Transfused is often a medical term, but not sure what it means in the context of a purchase transaction. Maybe they are just overwhelmed with orders and running late. Hope it works out.
