Default Washing and Drying

Just washed my new '05 for the first time. Wondering what is everyone's preferred method and instrument for drying their car? Chamois? Microfiber Towels? Squigee? 75mph air dry? Other?

I used a couple of over-sized microfiber towels which I haven't used before and they worked very well. Seems to be a better system than a synthetic or even real chamois.

I use cotton towels and wax as you dry as a lubricant. I then use Meguires detail spray unless I am waxing with tech 2.0.

It gets dusted every day and windows cleaned every day between.

AirForce Blaster - warm air blower - does the trick, no towels, cloths, etc.

Just dumped my Absorber(man made chamois) for microfiber... One towel does the whole car... Leaves no streaks on a clean car.

Everyone uses leaf blowers here lol. My car doesn't get washed much just because I only dust and quick detail it but when it does require I washing I simply wash like normal a with a chamois (SP) like normal. Then will usually follow with a wax or quick detail.
Hope this helps.

Electric leaf blower, it gives the neighbors something to chuckle about. The car guys understand. It works well if the car's wax job is up to snuff. I like old Tshirts for touchups.

I use the electric leaf blower to get the big stuff off and water that gets stuck in the mirrors, gaps between panels, tail lights, etc. After that I will use a synthetic chamois to absorb the really small stuff left behind.

Microfiber towels for me! My Wife and neighbors already think I'm certifiable for the amount of time I spend washing my Vette! They'd call the nice man with the padded van if they saw me out there with a leaf blower drying it off.

I use the Absorber to get the big stuff and mop up with the large mf cloth. Follow that with TW Ice quick detailer. Wax with Ice paste about every other month.
