Maybe, maybe not. I had the front end of a car totally replaced ... hood, both fenders, bumper, etc ... and when I went to trade it in the dealer came up to me and said he could find no report of that car EVER being in any accident. So he just disregarded my honesty and didn't show any damage history in the car's value. The repairs were top notch with factory parts so I had perfect confidence that there were no issues. I had driven it almost 3 yrs after the repairs and it looked and drove as it did new.
Sorry that was so long but my point is .... it may not get reported, especially since it is a fairly minor repair.
