Is the car still under warranty? Seems like the computer has stored a code...maybe a trip to the dealer would clear it or show them that something is amiss...

I saw "cluster" and thought clustered server and/or storage. Oh well.

EEprom stands for "Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory." I'd guess there was a write error and the system re-booted to clear it.
I don't know if there's any connection to the NAV or your stereo system but do you know what software version your NAV system is?
Can you put a code reader on the car to check for stored codes? If you don't have a code reader, I believe AutoZone will check for codes without charge.
Maybe ask the service department at the dealership if they know what the message means. If it were me, unless the message reappears or you've lost any functionality I wouldn't worry about it.
