Im wanting a vette so bad.I am worried about improper lifting at dealerships.I dont want to spend big money to have a cracked vette.This is a common problem .
You've asked this same question a couple of times now. The answers are all going to come back the same. The car can be lifted properly without damage very, very easily.

After seeing your post I looked into his priors. A month ago hes making a low ball offer on a 96 Vette. Recently we are being overun by little kids playing childish nonsense games.
thanks for the info i has posted a few times but i never saw the threads i thought it didnt go through and yes these clowns in tennessee would tear up a anvil with a rubber hammer yes im precautious on a vette because its the only thing i will be able to afford
I agree, don't worry about a problem you don't have. Cracked rocker panels can happen but the odds have to be extremely low. Besides, you can take measures to minimize the risk. Install jacking pucks when you go to a service facility and tell them you did (and what they're for). I use the rectangular BMW pucks...you snap them in and out as needed and they stow-away in the rear cubby when not in use.
Should you get a C6, don't be one of those Corvette owners who's so paranoid about everything you can't enjoy the car.
