Wow...I just purchased my dream car and had to take to get rear axle boot replaced. My dream car was flawless and now both sides of the rocker panels are damaged. Car never been on a jack before dealer got a hold of it. Now I need help on how to make them repair or replace. Anyone got ideas?

Welcome to the club The dealer cracked the passengers side on mine on Tueday of this week. I discovered it after I got home. I called the next day and spoke to the service director. He said "no problem, I'm sorry, bring it back in and we will take care of it". I told him because of my work schedule it may not be for another 3 weeks. He said "no problem, we'll take care of it". My fear is that they will either do a poor repair or screw something else up. I'm thinking about what I'll do.
But I feel your pain and frustration. Good luck.
Damn sorry to hear of the damages, I hope the dealership takes full responsibility for the repairs and to your satisfaction. Just remember it is not an easy fix.
