Learn Mode
I will actvate my tire pressure monitors with newly bought Azek.
But I can not come into Learn Mode.
What am I doing wrong
Put car in accessory mode
Push lock and unlock at the same time-but no sound from the horn to show that i am in learn mode.

Then push-and-hold both the lock and unlock buttons until you get a honk of the horn.
Take a look at the video link below.
Also, I don't know what the "Azek" is, but if you're talking about the "ATEQ VT10", after you put the car into the learn mode, make sure you use the LEFT button to trigger the Schrader sensors in the C6.

Did you watch the video?
If you're doing what you see there (I push the bottom of the ignition button to get the yellow light below ACC, then I have the Fob sitting on the console lid and PUSH AND HOLD BOTH THE "LOCK" AND "UNLOCK" BUTTONS DOWN AT THE SAME TIME - and it may take several seconds before you get a honk of the horn), and the car won't go into the "learn mode", then you've got a problem.
You can put any C6 in the learn mode at any time - you don't need a tool to do it, you only need the tool after you've got it in the learn mode. So....if your car is not going into the learn mode I'm almost sure it's that you are not doing something properly. You could have a problem with the TPMS computer (actually the RCDLR module), but that is extremely unlikely if you don't have a bunch of other problems with the Fob and your keyless entry system.

I have seen the videos many times and it seems very easy .
Bought this ATEQ to use after getting into learn mode.
Will I have to buy Kent Moore J-46079, that what i read does not have to be in learn mode
Kind Regards

You are absolutely, positively, 100% WRONG!!!
With ANY tool you must first put the car into the learn mode.
I've never used a Tech 2 such as the technicians at a GM dealership use, but that might be a possible exception. You may be able to use a Tech 2 to register the sensors without putting the car into the learn mode, but I'm not sure. If you want to buy a Tech 2 I think they're around $4,000 , but you might be able to find a used one on eBay for $2,500 to $3,000.
I've used the Kent-Moore J-46079 many times, and I guarantee you that the car must be put into the learn mode in order to register the sensors with a J-46079. Below is a video where I'm using a couple of those tools to do some diagnostics, then about 1/2 way through the video I do an actual relearn procedure. You'll see that I put the car into the learn mode exactly as we've been discussing in earlier posts.
The car must be put into the learn mode to do the relearn procedure to register the sensors no matter what tool you are using (possible exception is the Tech 2).
If you do have a J-46079, or an Isuzu/GM J-46915, there is a feature on those tools to test the TPMS computer in the car, but as I recall, you need to put the car into the learn mode to even use that feature.
If you are unable to get the car into the learn mode then you may very well have a problem with the TPMS computer (which is actually part of the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver module).

I believe the Tech 2 can do the RESET without being in the "learn mode", if your dealer will help you.
Where are you located in Sweden?
I helped 2 Swedish C6 owners get sensor reset tools in the summer.
One was Håkan who lives in Hallstavik, and the other was Anders in Lidköping.
Håkan has a 46079 and Anders got a TIPS tool.
If you would like to contact them I can give you Håkan's email or telephone number so you can contact him. I have the telephone number of Anders, but no email address.
Let me know if you think either of those guys might be able to help you out and I'll send you a private message with their contact information.

Do you have a C6?
If you have a C5 you put the car into the learn mode differently - I've never done it, but apparently you use the buttons for the DIC to put a C5 into the learn mode.
Also, with a C5 you DO NOT use a radio frequency tool to "excite" or "trigger" the sensors - you use a magnet.
So.....if you have a C5 then the C6 procedure will not work!
BTW, are you Robert P of VetteParts.se ?
Bob
On the C6 the only indication that you are in the learn mode is a honk of the horn. Many other vehicles may say "learn mode" in the DIC, but not the C6.
Does your horn work? I guess if your horn isn't working that you could be getting into the learn mode without knowing it.
However, after you are in the learn mode and start to register the sensors with the tool, you get a beep of the horn at each wheel when it is successful (2 beeps at the last one - the left rear).
So....your horn needs to be working so you can tell that the procedure is working properly.
If your horn is working then you MUST get a horn honk or you are not in the learn mode, and you MUST get a honk of the horn when using your tool at each wheel. If the horn doesn't honk then the procedure is not working.
I have done this procedure many, many, many times. After putting the ignition into the ACC mode, when pushing both the lock and unlock buttons, the longest I have had to wait for a honk to indicate that the car has entered the learn mode was probably 8 seconds or so - usually it takes about 3 or 4 seconds.

Sitting in drivers seat with FOB in hand.
Closed drivers side door.
Placed ignition switch in "Accessory Mode", yellow light on.
Simultaneously depressed and held the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons on the FOB, after a few seconds the horn chirped signaling activation of the "Learn Mode".
