Good grief, I had no idea it was that cold anywhere in the US right now. Over here in Georgia we are still hitting 80s this week. Now I see what's going on :
I'm sorry for your winter down-time but the snow looks beautiful.
In Arizona, our best driving season is just getting underway. It was unusually cool here this weekend. It was a record low this morning at 40 degrees (high 30's at my house) but it should be in the 70's this afternoon.
WHAT! WHAT! y0u're not one of those, "gimme them damn Blizzaks, Pirelli Winters," or whatever? you're not gonna drive in a little snow like that? whatareyou, crazy? it's just a light dusting!!!!! fer cryin' out loud--what the hecks the matter with getting stuck at the end of your driveway? and getting shoveled out with a nice, sharp, pointy, steel shovel digging out your rear wheels, fenders, rockerpanels, exhaust tips, tires, wheels, etc.
Yikes! Luckily it'll probably all be gone in a few days.
We've had snow on the mountain tops for over a week now but, so far, it's still reasonably mild in the valleys where the towns are.
I always try to get the Vette out during the winter months so, assuming we get some clear and dry roads, I expect to put at least a few miles on it again this coming winter.
As soon as your roads dry out, I'm sure you'll be able to get some more driving in before it gets really bad.
