Wait a minute...what happens when it rains? Will the cars be flooded also? I hope the underground garage is sealed off.

That was my initial thought also. Even if it's in SoCal and dry enough not to flood, what happens to the dirty water when you wash the driveway? It doesn't look like it would be much better than a carport as far as keeping the cars clean.
