get in on one of the vendor group purchases. Coverking silverguard cover should cost 120-150 bucks and you get a logo and bag with free shipping. It is a good cover at medium price. They also make nice stretch satin covers but those cost more......good luck
"Dustop" by Cal Car Cover. I really like it. Light, but thick enough to protect against bumps etc. Plus it will go into the home washing machine. Great product.
the el cheapo solution is one of the generics which are thick at all of the car parts stores, or Costco. easy to take off/put on just because it isn't form-fitting. about $40 or less. and if he doesn't like it, he can always go out and "buy the high priced spread."
I got very tired of dust settling on our Vette while parked in the garage for a few days to a week.......starting thowing a couple of sheets on the car when parked......got tired of that "look" so my wife came up with the solution shown.
When we get home from an evening out, I use the California Duster to clean the car off, clean the bugs from the front, windshield, mirrors, etc.........then un-fold the cover as shown. About once a year, I throw it in the washer/drier to clean it.....material cost was about $20.
