The C6 Z06 comes with rear splashes from the factory, The thread in the previous post are about splashes that have been specially designed to fit only the front of a C6 Z06.
If you have a standard C6 then you need to go to GM Parts House who has splashes for all four corners.

Rear GM requires drilling into the fender liner. Not a big deal.
I had the flat ones and they ended up bending from the wind and water spray and looked bad.
$395 is too much for the product.
$110 is reasonable for custom mud guards. New push pins are supplied as well as detailed installation instructions.
