Default C6 Splash Guards

I'm looking for splash guards for my C6 that are shaped or molded, not the flat mud flaps that just hang down. I don't care for the looks of the flat ones I see in most of the Corvette parts catalogs. My wife says she has seen some before on other Vettes. Can anyone help? Thanks

Do a search and you will find plenty of GM Splash guard threads with pictures and pricing.

I got my Z06 Style Long Splash Guards from www.apsisusa.com. They have that "designed for look" rather than that "added on look." They do a superb job of protecting the rocker panels from road rash and other paint damage. My 08 coupe is a daily driver but looks like it just came off the assembly line yesterday. Thanks in part to the splash guards and me washing it every other day.

Just installed today the new GM splash guards I received from Gene Culley this week. They look great and are molded to the car.

The new GM splash guards for around $100 for the set of four is the way to go.

I also hate the look of those butt ugly "18 wheeler style" flat mud flaps that just hang down. That's why I decided to get the Z06 Style Long Splash Guards from www.apsisusa.com. They are the only splash guards that look good on a C6. See the photos of my 08 coupe in my response above. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Thanks for the mention.

I sell them for $105 + shipping. If you'd like to order them and see pics go to the home page at www.gmpartshouse.com. Click where it says search by gm part number. Use part number 19170234 and be sure to select Chevrolet make.

I think the "Trucker Mudflaps" can look ok on darker cars, To me most flaps on a light color car takes away from it a bit, IMO.
To each there own. if you like the GM ones then thats what you should get thru Gene. I might in the future as well. Regards, paul

Is there one out there that replaces the C6 Z06 front that flares out like the back one does?

after having my GM guards from Gene installed for some time now, I can say I am 100% happy. big enough to stop trash from hitting the rockers and quarter panels but not so big to be noticed by most. look like they came on the car.

I did the same thing. Went with Altec molded guards. The first time you go over a speed bump and nearly tear the fender off of the car you'll change your mind. Pipedreams is the only one for me.

The 2009 GCA guards are very close to what you may referring to. Call Gene Cully, $105 for a set of four.

I previously had the Altec guards - they hang MUCH lower than the GM ones. I replaced Altec with GM - GM is far superior. Essentially the same coverage (actually enhanced coverage of the wheel well edge area) with an integrated look. You'll never drag them on the ground or another obstacle.
